Overview

- The sleeping arrangements are - a king size bed in the master
bedroom, a queen in the loft and a
hide-a-bed in the family room
- Two full bathrooms
- Our condo has just been remodeled and we have new hardwood floors, entirely
new kitchen with granite countertop, new full bathroom in loft, new carpet in the loft, new appliances, new paint, new
bathroom sink and much more.
- lanai/deck, cable TV, VCR, CD/tape player,
phone, linens, towels, beach towels, full kitchen (including:
dishwasher, toaster, coffee pot, blender, full size refrigerator
with freezer, utensils, pots/pans and dishes), onsite laundry room
Rates
- $210 per night - normal rate
- Minimum 5 night stay (you can stay less, but then you have to pay part of a cleaning fee)
- Add 11.42% Hawaii Tax
- ask about special discounts on 4 weeks stays or last minute specials
- no cleaning fee
- no parking fees

Policies
- $350 deposit to hold reservation
- Balance must be paid 45 days before arrival
- Reservations cancelled 90 days, or more, prior to the arrival date are subject to a $75 handling fee. Reservations cancelled within 90 days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire deposit.
- No Smoking, No Pets
- Children are welcome
- Check-in time is after 3:00 PM - Check-out time is prior
to 11:00AM. Late check-outs and early checkins are allowed but not guaranteed, and only avaialable if there is not a back to back booking.

"This small, two-story condo complex is ideally located, right on the beach and next door to a county park, which is great for those traveling with kids. Shops, restaurants, and ocean activities are all within a 6-mile radius. The units are older but in excellent shape, and come with well-equipped kitchens (with dishwasher, disposal, microwave, even a blender), and louvered windows that open to the trade winds. Lots of guests clamor for the oceanfront pool units, but I find the park-view units cooler, and they still have ocean views (upstairs units also have cathedral ceilings). This place fills up fast, so book early; repeat guests make up most of the clientele."
